Tornadoes DH CupCCJFL LogoWhilst Kings Church Amersham may have won the majority of the League titles, the spirit of Fair Play was also recognized at the Chiltern Church Junior Football League Awards evening.

The David Hattersley Memorial Cup was awarded to Holy Trinity Tornadoes and was presented by special guest Gary Lester to the Tornadoes Manager, Mark Smith (right).

This cup is given to the team across all age groups that receives the highest marks from opposing teams for their overall sportsmanship.

Tornadoes RespectThe Tornadoes also won this cup in season 2009-10 under their previous name of Holy Trinity Troopers, so it a great achievement  for them to win it again.

HT Troopers also won the CCJFL Respect Award for the Panthers Under 14s League and again this was presented to Mark by former Wycombe Wanderers keeper Gary Lester .

Whilst HT Tornadoes only finished 5th in the Panthers League out of 7 teams, they can take great pride in these Fair Play awards. Well done to Mark and all his players, parents and supporters.
